the product type of ASME B16.9 butt weld pipe fittings

ASME B16.9 is an American standard for butt weld pipe fittings, including many products, like elbows,tees, crosses, lap joint stub ends, caps and reducers. 

Under this standard, they specify the size of each part and requirement on tolerance.

The size is from 1/2 inch to 48 inch(DN15-DN1200), including seamless & welded. Material shall be in accordance with ASTM A234, A403, A420, A815,B316, B363 etc. 

About ends, there are plain bevel and compound bevel. It depends on Nominal wall thickness. If thickness is more than 22mm, end preparation will be compound bevel.

If the customers have special requirement on sizes or specifications, they shall be made by agreements between manufacturer and purchaser.
